1. Who we are

Controller: Deep End Leads. For homeowner voice conversations, the builder whose website or phone line you contacted is the controller for the conversation and lead data, we act as their service provider.

2. What we collect on this marketing site

• Contact details you submit: name, company, email, phone, and monthly revenue range from the Book a Demo form.
• Technical data: aggregate page-visit counts and device and browser types, measured with privacy-friendly analytics that uses no cookies and no cross-site tracking. We store a copy of your demo request in localStorage (demo request storage) so we can show a confirmation if you return.

3. What Ava collects during voice conversations

• Conversation content: speech you provide during a browser voice session or incoming phone call, text produced by speech recognition, and conversation transcripts. Audio is processed by configured speech and transcription services to enable the voice conversation.
• Qualification details you provide: project type, budget, timeline, full name, phone, location.
• Website technical data: random visitor/session IDs stored in localStorage/sessionStorage to continue a conversation, and the page title/path where Ava was opened. No third-party ad cookies.

On a builder’s website, a voice session begins when you choose to start it and allow microphone access in your browser.

Ava is AI: it is automated software, not a human. The builder’s team can review captured conversation context and lead details to follow up. Ava’s website voice experience is labeled as AI.

4. How we use it

• Respond to demo requests, qualify your company, and schedule a demo of Deep End Leads.
• During website voice sessions and incoming phone calls: answer homeowner questions, qualify the project, and create a callback request (NEEDS CALL / CALL AT OPEN / SCHEDULED) that alerts the builder.
• Improve reply quality and abuse prevention. We do not use builder conversations to train third-party models.

5. Sharing

Demo requests you submit are sent securely to our application server so we can respond, and our team is notified by email. A copy is also kept in your browser’s local storage until you clear it. Homeowner lead data is shared with the builder whose website or phone line generated it. Configured AI, speech, and transcription service providers process conversation content to deliver Ava’s responses. Resend delivers email alerts where enabled. These services process data on our behalf to provide Ava and enabled alerts.

6. Retention

• Marketing demo requests: kept until your evaluation is complete, then archived or deleted on request. Local device copies persist until you clear storage.
• Builder conversations: retained in the builder’s account for as long as needed to provide the service, and deleted on request.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (US state laws including California, Colorado, Virginia, and GDPR if you are in the EEA/UK), you may request access, correction, deletion, or to opt out of future contact. To exercise rights, send a message through the form on our contact page with the email or phone you used. We will not discriminate against you for exercising rights. To stop sales calls/texts, reply STOP or contact us.

8. Security and location

We store data with access-controlled services and encrypted transit. No system is perfectly secure, do not share payment or sensitive government ID during a conversation with Ava.

9. Children

Ava and this site are not directed to children, we do not knowingly collect from under 16.
